Cold Brew Made Easy…
A fail-proof cold brew recipe at home is 3:1, that is 3oz water to every gram of dry tea leaves. This works for wet leaves that have gone through 1 or 2 steepings as well.
- Pour in hot water just enough to cover the tea leaves; 
- Fill the rest of the bottle with cold, filtered water; 
- Stick it in the fridge overnight;
