  • Produced using the versatile Mei Zhan cultivar, this 2025 spring tea underwent twice-charcoal roasting process, leaving a deep, smoky flavor profile with a hint of cayenne spiciness at the back of your throat.

  • Mao Yun Xing is a 1st generation tea farmer and producer, who learned everything there is about rock tea production out of his sheer admiration for the craft.
