Return and Refund Policy

We are happy to receive any return of non-tea items for a refund so long as they are in the original condition, unused, within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product by contacting hello@volitiontea.com, and following the shipping instructions we supply. Please include your name, order number, and the details of why you are sending it back. After we receive your returned product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Due to COVID, we do not accept tea returns at this time. However, if there is a problem with your tea, please email us at hello@volitiontea.com so we can work to make it right.

If a package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged shipping package before opening it for further inspection. If the VT goods appear to be damaged, please take pictures of the damaged goods INSIDE of the shipping package. Please email these pictures, along with your name and order number to hello@volitiontea.com. We will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
