Farmer's Note
This chamomile blossom is a result of Elise’s passion for herbalism and Jeff’s passion for farming. Started as a vegetable farm, our farm now grows exclusively herbs, with stunning 85 different varieties. To intentionally maintain the health of the soil, we not only focus on diversity (different plant families) in our field, we leave 1/3 of our land fallow to allow the soil to rest and regenerate sufficient nutrients for the years to come. We tend the fields with our son Will, and a dedicated crew all from local areas. Each of chamomile blossoms grew in harmony with the land, and was then hand picked by our team. Enjoy this wonderful delight!
