[Limited Edition] Tea Chocolate Bar Bundle
To celebrate the arrival of winter holidays, we teamed up with Chef Elle from SUGOi Sweets, a leading chocolate and confection store in Chicago to create a one-of-a-kind, luxurious tea chocolate bar experience.
Each limited edition bundle includes:
one High Mtn. Dragon Well green tea white chocolate bar
one Black Jade wulong tea white chocolate bar
one Big Red Robe wulong tea dark chocolate bar
one Chamomile herbal tea white chocolate bar
2 servings of each of the four teas

Annie from Volition Tea and Elle from SUGOi Sweets sampled tea chocolate bars from internationally-acclaimed chocolate brands and we weren’t impressed. While these bars are branded as tea chocolate bars, tea does not take the center stage and is often overshadowed by intense flavors of the chocolate component. We set out to create a luxurious and memorable experience that honors both the tea and the chocolate. We spent weeks pairing Volition Tea’s curation with white, milk, and dark chocolates from all around the world and finally decided on these four stunning recipes. Each recipe went through a minimum of 12 hours of milling to create an ultra-smooth texture. Scroll down to read more about each.
High Mtn. Dragon Well green tea white chocolate bar
Made with China's most beloved green tea, be prepared to embrace waves of chestnut and umami flavors that are unmistakably Dragon Well. Tea produced on Apr 28, 2023 by farmer Kong Zhong Ming, in Pan'an, China. Paired with artisan creamy white chocolate. And yes that jaw-dropping green color is straight from Dragon Well tea leaves, no food coloring added. We don’t mess around.
Black Jade wulong tea white chocolate bar
After milling Black Jade wulong tea leaves with white chocolate for 36 hours straight (you read that right), this luxurious chocolate bar is a stunner. These two beautiful ingredients created a striking symphony with depth and volume. Black Jade is produced by Lin Zhi Min on Apr 15, 2022 in Phoenix Mtn., China.
Big Red Robe wulong tea dark chocolate bar
This tantalizing binding of a 3x charcoal roasted wulong tea and dark chocolate is a venerable power couple with limitless chemistry. Is the slight char taste from the chocolate or the tea? Maybe… both? Tea produced on May 5, 2022 by farmer Yang Jie, in Wuyi Mtn., China.
Chamomile herbal tea chocolate bar
A stroll through an open field covered with chamomile in full bloom on a mid-summer afternoon, that is the experience behind this white chocolate bar, exquisite and hopelessly romantic. Tisane produced on Jul 22, 2023 by the Higley family in Oregon, USA.
